Find out what to do in an emergency

  • If your pet has an emergency during the day please phone any of our branches immediately and choose option 1 (emergency option) in order to quickly speak to a member of staff who can advise what to do next. 
  • For all emergencies out with opening hours please phone 013398 82556 and follow the instructions given. This will transfer you directly to a Veterinary Surgeon.  

Woodside Veterinary Group are proud to provide their own out of hours care for all farm, equine, and small animal patients already registered with us. This means that clients can be rest assured that they will meet the same friendly faces in the middle of the night as they do during the day. We pride ourselves on being able to offer 24/7 support to all our patients 365 days a year. 

Out of hours fees will be discussed with you with the Veterinary Surgeon on call. 

Please be aware that the frequency of in-patient checks is determined on an individual basis and is up to the discretion of the Veterinary Surgeon on duty. This will be discussed with you at the time of admission.
